Ah! So, he started out as a novelty (as in ornament) oc back then in April when I got the random urge to have a character with mint green hair, and I thought he'd be casual shipping material, but then I started developing a lot of headcanons for him, and then put him into Kysme's universe/story.
Ahem, anyway, here's some things I've typed down before:
With strangers and people he doesn't know well, he's completely neutral and cordial --- unless you're someone hurt/in distress or in need of help, then he'll scurry in and try to do all he can. It's almost impossible to get him visibly angry in public, but if anyone crosses him by upsetting his friends, he will get sharp-tongued and he will fucking fight you. With his pals, he jokingly acts clingy like a big puppy. If you're someone he cares for, he will climb mountains and cross seas for you and drive halfway across town at 2 AM to your house if you so much as give him a sad call. And he honestly doesn't expect much in return on his friends' end. And I think ... neither does he get much in return. Despite him being social and knowing so many people that he can joke with, the ones whom are actually willing to be there for him can be listed down on one hand with maybe a finger or two to spare. But he really, really can't stand being alone too long. Friends are pretty much the most important people in his life.
I imagine Eden to be the kind of person who craves physical contact from the few people he calls friends, be it casual shoulder nudging, fist bumps, and - yeah, he's a hugsy person - because as a small child he felt a lack of affectionate gestures from his parents (pats on the head, hand holding, the likes) and I guess he needs the extra to make up for it. Also he flirts with everyone no matter the gender but uses such... corny jokes/pick up lines you'd want to swat him over the head for it but you daren't because he's beaming at you so earnestly.
He used to take piano lessons as a kid but quit when he was at a rebellious stage towards his distant parents. Thing is, while he hates the lessons, he still digs tinkering away at the keys and trying to weave together his own songs with lyrics. He's not exactly mindbogglingly fantastic at it, but he is sincerely content while doing it. His little songs are all really abstract in words though, but they hold a lot of meaning to him and him only. Doesn't like people walking in on this little personal time.
More random facts- he's a straw-biter, he holds drinks/cans/cups incorrectly, he's trying his best to quit smoking (has been with the wrong lot during middle school), he has his hair constantly falling in front of his face and everyone wishes they could just flick the hair to the side because it's annoying, he wears a great jacket but awful sandals, likes performing little magic tricks (oops there you see it now its gone) but never of the card kind (he fucks up) and he steals way too many sugar packets from restaurants and cafes-
