Drawn as a stress-reliever since I'm not in the best of mental states right now.
Character I made approximately two years ago and found again several days ago. Since then, he's been developing surprisingly well  in my thoughts --- I keep thinking up new quirks and character traits for this guy.

Ask him questions if you want to.
Will be drawing a fully body ref later and adding a bio, but for now, I'll jot the info I currently have in mind down here, lest I forget it.

TL;DR bio version: Grumpy, slightly deaf guy who has a sharp aim, odd tendencies and fears that arose from various accidents/ near-death incidents. Training to capture rogues and criminals, doesn't know that the Harpoon Brothers that he will be sent after are actually his own siblings.

Strengths: Possesses remarkably sharp aim, which he puts to good use, considering his training and his various hobbies.
Weakness: Has mild hearing loss from a childhood accident. As a result, he barely converses vocally with others and chooses to keep to himself instead so that other people won't notice it. Also gained a bit of an OCD streak, after a certain life-changing incident, where he feels the compulsion that everything in his possession has to be lined up a certain way to "keep the balance" and he believes that even numbers of almost everything is best.
Personality: Most often grouchy--- his mouth seems to be in a constant downward slant. He can be quite recklessly badass, but at the same time, he's riddled with all kinds of odd fears and quirks, and seems to be quite a particular and peculiar person. Definitely an introvert and one that works best by himself. Despite that, he is not a completely selfish and self-absorbed person. 
Likes: Bungee jumping ; sky diving ; target practice ; paintball ; archery ; neat rooms ; night skies ; iced water ; mint ; shoot 'em up games ; catapults and slingshots ; straps 
Dislikes: Static friction in clothes ; verbal confrontations ; cramped/messy spaces ; summer ; glaring bright sunlight ; humid heat ; noisy crowds ; the smell of dogs ; red-lit rooms ; driving in traffic ; paranormal movies ; unintelligible writing ;
Fears: He is petrified of going down stairs. Going up them is ok, especially if they have an even number of steps, but having to go down one makes his head spin and his knees weak. His normally composed demeanor gets reduced to a nervous wreck. The cause in this lies in that time that he fell down a long flight of steps as a kid and ended up in a crumpled bloody heap at the end of it. Someone would probably have to hold his hand and lead him down, or he'll just take the other way out---by the window and a grappling hook.
Having to go through long, narrow, windowless corridors also unnerve him. He makes sure to power walk from one end to the other as fast as possible and in an even number of steps.
Family Backstory: Actually the middle sibling of a set of triplets. Got separated from his two brothers since childhood and only vaguely remembers them. But the string of fate still holds them together; he will cross paths with the rogue Harpoon Brothers, the ones he has been trained to fight...only to find out, upon confrontation, that they look frighteningly similar to each other.

Complexion: Pale, lean
Eyes: Always has dark shadows under his eyes. His irises seem jet black, and slightly larger than average, giving him a doe-eyed look that contrasts with his scowl, but in a state of fear, they shrink to mere vertical slits. Very odd. 
Piercing/Scars/Markings:No tattoos. Had a left ear piercing. Has multiple moles here and there upon his skin. You could play connect-the-dots with them.
Hair: Originally a dark brunet, he bleached his hair to a silvery blond, but his dark roots seem to be growing out again.
Clothing and Accessories: Constantly wears a pair of yellow goggles on his head. When in a stressed state, he puts them over his eyes and somehow seeing everything tinted yellow helps him re-orientate himself and focus. Seems to wear a lot of senseless straps that loop over his arms upon his suspenders, but they do serve a purpose --- he clips some light stuff to them when his pockets aren't enough.
